Mobility and Dynamic Warmup followed by:


Tabata  "ANGIE'


Pull Ups
Push Ups
Sit ups
Squats


4 minutes at each exercise. 20 Seconds of Work, 10 Seconds rest. 
Rest One minute between exercises.
