There are no classes at the gym today.  The fall schedule will be posted shortly, and will begin Tuesday, September 6th.  Enjoy some extra recovery time!

Here is a work out to do at home if you wish.

Mobility/xfit warmup

TEN x TWENTY

20 OH Lunge- use a 4l milk jug filled with water
20 Pushup
20 Situp
20 Broom Stick OH Squat
20 Back ext
20 Handstand Push up, or hand stands or shoulder press
20 Jump – box or rocket
20 Knees to chest or double crunches
20 KB Swings use a 4l milk jug filled with water
20 Turkish get up – use the milk jug with less water in it.
