Just a note to let you know that there will be regular training this week on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The gym will be closed Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday and will reopen on Tuesday with the Fall Schedule. Watch for the new schedule at the gym and on the schedule page.
