Mobility/ Dynamic

5 rnds
20 pull ups
30 push ups
40 sit ups
50 squats
Rest 3 mins per round and go fast when working.

Aim for unbroken.  If that means using a band for pull ups when you usually don't or doing knee pushups  that is fine.  Do what you need to do to complete each exercise unbroken.
