Today's class is a opportunity to complete missed WOD's from week 1..

Choose from the following:


4 rounds for time:

400 m run
50 squats
OR



For time

50 situps
50 double unders
50 situps
50 walking lunges
50 situps
50 burpees
50 situps

OR


4 rounds of the following

400 m run     scale to a 200m run
20 squats       to a dynamax ball
20 pushups     scale to knee pushups
20 back extensions


You will also be asked to complete 2 Bench Mark Exercises prior to the WOD.
