A Great week of Training

We have now completed 2 solid weeks of Body Weight Wod's and for the Athletes who have completed the ten wod's , it's time to REST......................... The rest of you need to play catch up and tomorrow is your chance. Wod's for the day will be Number's  6-10...  YOU PICK YOUR POISON...
