Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds work followed by 10 seconds rest. A 400 m run is to be completed between exercises.

8 intervals of each of the following exercises:
Pullups
Pushups
Situps
Squats


Scaling of exercises:

Pullups > Rubber band > Jumping > Ring Back Pullups
Pushups > Knees  >  Wall
Situps    NO NEED TO SCALE THIS ONE
Squats >  Box Squat  > Half Squat



Spend 4 minutes of WORKING TIME doing Hollow Rocks......
