workout #3


PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS ONLY  A NOON CLASS AND 4PM CLASS TODAY.  GO CANUCKS GO...


Work out #3 of 60.

4 rounds of the following

400 m run     scale to a 200m run
20 squats       to a dynamax ball
20 pushups     scale to knee pushups
20 back extensions

If you have not completed Max rep Pullups, Pushups, do them before the WOD.

Begin training session with Mobility Work, followed by Dynamic movement drills

Complete the session with Core work.
