Crossfit Total

Now that we have done two lifiting cycles we will offer an opportunity to do Crossfit Total.  Crossfit Total is your max lift on  Back Squat, Shoulder Press and Deadlift, in that order. 

Coach Dave has been reviewing everyones lifting.   If you have not done true 1 rep max lifts and/or you do not squat to below parallel, this workout is not for you.  

If you are interested in doing Crossfit Total check in with Dave first.  His recommendations will be based on your lifting technique and safety first. 

The Crossfit Total workout will be offered Friday, November 11 and Saturday November 12 - discuss it with Dave between now and then please.  There will also be a workout for those who are not doing Crossfit Total.
