Mobility/ Burgener warmup

Every min on the minute do:
5 Deadlift
5 Push Press
5 Thrusters
5 Squat Clean
5 OH Squat

Using a dowel/hyper lite bar/lite dumb bells (coaches discretion) – form is king.


Cash out – 10 pull up negatives.  Weighted if necessary to be challenging.
