Mondays WOD

Hey everyone, we are bringing back the 6am classes starting this Tuesday. They will be active coaching classes (meaning the coach will work out as well) and they will run every Tuesday and Thursday. If these classes are important to you please make sure you get as many people to attend as possible so we can continue them!!!
