Summer Challenge has begun!!!

Just in time for the official first day of Summer....Just want to remind everyone to get in the gym and participate in the Summer Challenge we have going on!!!

The challenge is all about helping you be the best Crossfit Athlete you can be and by the end of summer having achieved some new goals, so you can see just how far you have come!!!

The forms are available at the gym and if you haven't gotten one already, please make sure to ask your coach for one so you can start challenging yourself!!!!

Right now there are eleven different skills and they are broken down into 5 categories
* Elite
* Expert
* Sport
* Novice
* Newbie
