Monday Lift is the Back Squat Week 7 rep scheme
or In season athletes 5-5-5-5-5 at 70% of Max.




Workout # 1 of the Body Weight Challenge



MARY

AMRAP 20 MINUTES

5 Handstand push ups
10 1-legged squats  (5 each side)
15 Pullups

HSPU are scaled from freestanding->to on the wall->to off a box->to seated Shoulder Press
Pistols can be scaled by holding onto a wall/pole etc.  Keep your heels down.
Pull ups can be scaled with Rubber bands for assistance or do Jumping pull ups.
