Or how about 15 Pull ups in a ROW?
Or even a single REAL Handstand Push Up?

Well here’s your chance to give it a SHOT over Summer.

Yes, We know summer is busy for all of us.
Travel to the beach, cabin, spending time with family, increased running, cycling and hiking mileage, sun tanning  etc. But these are not excuses to GET OUT of Maintaining your HARD earned strength. So to help keep you motivated and focused thru summer we have Created the 60 Body Weight WOD challenge. (minimal equipment needed)

The Challenge is this. We have have Just over 80 day’s left until September 1/11 So what we have done is put together 60 WOD'S that can be done virtually anywhere, The beach, at home, the cabin, grandma’s house,  and EVEN at the GYM.

Wod’s will be posted beginning on the Monday  June 13th,  along with tips and additional training if you have the time and the equipment.

We ask that you submit Pictures from all your different Workout locals. Cool Prizes for the Most “OUT THERE “ pictures.

What will you  see at the end of Summer?. Hopefully, If you do the WOD’s as listed and to the BEST of your ability each time, You will see a Energized Younger version of yourself……

AND for the Hardcore Lifter’s, Classes at the GYM will still have a Lifting component to them….

The TEN exercises/ movements will be based on the following 5 categories

Elite------- No need for explanation, this individual is dialed in.
Expert -------  Almost there…
Sport ---------  Getting better...
Novice-------- Having Fun and Getting Strong…….
Below novice- You need to exercise more!!!
The exercises are as follows:
