KB Bear

Complete Mobility and Dynamic Warmup.


3 rounds of the following


15 Pull ups
15 Ring Dips.




Then KB Bear for 20 Minutes


5 KB Dead lifts         #40/#20
5 KB Hang Power Cleans
5 KB Front Squat
5 KB Push Jerks
5 KB O.H. Squats


Complete one sequence with Left Arm (1st Minute), followed by One sequence with Right Arm (Second Minute). Continue the rotation of Left Arm/RightArm for 20 minutes.
