Mobility and Dynamic warmup followed by:
Handstand practice for 5 minutes:
WOD
Run 400m
KB swings 60-40-20-40-60x (55#/30#)
Push-ups 30-20-10-20-30x
Pull-ups 15-10-5-10-15x
Run 400m
Complete 60 swings, then 30 push ups, then 15 pull ups etc......
