Going to have ONE CLASS this Saturday OUTSIDE in the SUNSHINE at Belmont High School. We will meet at 8:15 , warmup and then WOD it out , finished up by 9:15 , with coffee at Starbucks to follow. This is a open class so bring your family and friends.
