Form First!

Good morning Crossfit enthusiasts! 

We are just starting the second rotation of lifting.  The past few weeks have given us an opportunity to see how everyone is moving. As we work through the lifts these next few weeks, pay close attention to your form. Remember that the quality of the movement is much more important than how much you can move. Poor technique can only take you so far, and could get you injured, but when you get the form right, the higher weights will come. Your coaches will be watching you and encouraging you to lower your weight if your form deteriorates. Remember, form first – bad ass weights second!
