Toes to Bar/Knees to Elbows/Knees to Chest
Challenge yourself. If you usually do knees to chest, try some knees to elbows. If your knees to elbows are more knees to waist, try using a band to scale it so that you get the range of motion going on. If you are getting your knees pretty close to your elbows, try some toes to bar in there as well.
