Fish Oil

I have been feeling great this week and think it may be because I have got my fish oil dialed in to the right quantity for me. This link is from Robb Wolfes site and has lots of great info about fish oil. The most important point - check the EPA and DHA on the label. Those are the desired ingredients. Fish oil is not all ceated equal and 1000mg capsule could have only 300mg of EPA and DHA combined if it is not high quality and concentrated, while some will be as high as 900mg. It is much better to get the liquid, but also important to read the label to see what you get per tsp.
