July 30th

Only 1 class tomorrow at 8am..


We will build a Chipper styled workout tomorrow morning. So bring your favourite exercise to the class and we'll put it in the Wod..... Rep scheme will be 12 exercises with 30 reps per exercise.




NO CLASSES MONDAY AUGUST 1st........  GET OUTSIDE AND ENJOY THE WEATHER..........
