Leg Cranks and Tabata's

Mobility and Dynamic work followed by:


2 Sets of Leg Cranks

then 

Tabata 

Dead lift  (95/65)
Knees to Elbows
L-sits
Hollow Rocks
4 minutes at each exercise. 20 seconds work/10 seconds rest , 8 sets per exercise.

Finish with a timed 800m run.......
