 4 rounds of the following:

1Minute of SDHP  (75/45)
1Minute of Pullups
1Minute of Jumping Jacks
1 Minute of Dumbbell  Thruster's  (35/20)
1 Minute of  Ring Back Pullups

Work for 5 minutes and Rest for 1 minute.
