Complete Mobility Drills and Dynamic Warmup ( Coach's Choice) 

Complete the following and record total max reps for each exercise:

5 minutes  Max Squats
4 minutes  Max Pushups
3 minutes Max Box Jumps
2 Minutes Max Pull ups
1 Minute  Max  Burpee 
(Use a continuous running clock)


Complete session with a timed 800 m run...
