Pull up Practice

Mobility Work followed by 10 minutes of Pull Up Practice.  Practice your Kipping or Butter Fly pull up along with alternating grips.




Then complete the following for time:


100 Jumping Jacks
 then
21-15-9 of
SDHP
Walking Lunges with Wt. Plate Overhead   45/25
Run 800m
then 
21-15-9 of
Burpees
Knees to Elbows
then
100 Jumping Jacks
