All travelling Athletes with limited equipment please complete the following:


Mobility and Dynamic Warm up


3 rounds for time:
100 Squats
20 Clapping Push ups
12 Pull Ups




Tuesday Classes complete the following:


Mobility and Dynamic movement work


Complete 3 rounds not for TIME of:
20 Squats
15 Ring Push ups
10 Pull ups 




WOD
3 rounds, 21-15-9x reps
DB power cleans (45#/30#)
DB thrusters
DB renegade rows





Finish With Core Work
